Who you work with
You deal directly with the engineer who does the work. The person who reads your code also answers your messages and is responsible for the result: no account manager in between, and no handover to someone you haven't met.
You never depend on us. The code, servers and accounts stay in your name, and the documentation and runbook describe deployment, rollback and incident handling well enough for another developer to carry on. Planned absences are announced in advance. If you leave, you get an exit kit at no charge.
