For software companies
Your team ships features. We pay down the PHP debt.
For SaaS and software companies with a PHP product: framework upgrades, dependency cleanup, tests and security fixes, done next to your team so the roadmap doesn't stop.
Why the debt keeps growing
The upgrade keeps slipping
Every quarter, features win. Meanwhile Laravel or Symfony moves another major version ahead.
Security questionnaires get harder
Enterprise customers and SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits ask about supported versions and patching.
Due diligence is on the calendar
Investors and buyers look at dependencies, tests and code quality.
Key people have left
Parts of the codebase nobody on the current team has touched.
How we work next to your team
-
A clearly bounded piece
The upgrade branch, the dependency backlog, the test suite. We take that part; your developers review our merge requests.
-
Your process
Your branching model, code style, CI and review rules.
-
Evidence for audits
Dependency reports, update logs and upgrade notes you can show to customers and auditors.
-
Before the investor looks
A Code Audit ahead of due diligence, so you fix the obvious issues first.
A common path
01
Code Audit
Where the debt sits, what it costs to fix, and in which order. Three options with fixed prices.
02
Upgrade
PHP and framework on supported versions, with tests in CI.
03
Care
Monthly updates so you don't need another big upgrade in two years.
Questions from product teams
We have developers. Why bring you in?
So they can keep building the product. Upgrades and debt work need long, focused stretches on old code, and that time is hard to find on a product team.
Can you work inside our CI and review process?
Yes. We follow your rules, and nothing merges without your team's review if that's how you work.
What about our customers' data?
We don't need it. We work with test data or anonymized samples you provide. Production data never goes into AI tools.
Can you answer our customers' security questionnaires?
We can give you the technical facts: versions, update cadence, dependency status. We are not auditors and don't certify anything.
Laravel or Symfony?
Both. We upgrade within the framework you have. Moving to a different framework only makes sense in rare cases, and the audit would show it.
