- All prices are net.
- Prices in USD, GBP and PLN are our EUR prices converted at a fixed rate and rounded. Your quote states the currency you pay in.
- EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge.
- S, M and L are set during the diagnosis, from the size of the codebase and the work involved.
- Care has a minimum term of 3 months and starts after a Takeover, unless your app already has tests, CI, monitoring and a runbook. The smallest way in: Takeover S plus three months of Care Basic.
Pricing questions
Why "from" prices?
The size of the application decides the price. The Debt Check has one price for everyone, and the Code Audit is priced by lines of code. For everything else you get one fixed price in a written quote before work starts: after a Code Audit for upgrades and modernization, and often straight after the Debt Check for a Takeover or Care.
What if the work turns out bigger than expected?
Within the agreed scope, the price doesn't change. Anything outside the scope we describe and quote separately, and do only after your written OK.
How do we pay?
Debt Check, Code Audit, Roadmap and Takeover: upfront. Modernization sprints: 50% at the start, 50% at the sprint review. Care: monthly in advance. Upgrades: as set out in the quote.
We're outside the EU. How is VAT handled?
Prices are net. We state the VAT treatment for your country on the quote.
Do you work by the hour?
For agencies, yes. For everyone else we prefer fixed prices, because you can plan with them and we carry the risk of our own estimates. Care plans include hours, and extra hours are billed at €65 each.
